Entry checklist

Your country-of-origin driver’s licence

A valid International Driving Permit
Must be issued against the licence above, and not expired.
Passport for identification
A valid credit card
Held for the security deposit, not charged unless needed.
Riders must be between 18 and 75 years old

Riding in Bali

  • Carry both your home and international licence at all times while riding
  • Previous scooter or motorbike experience is expected
  • Helmets are mandatory for rider and passenger
  • Always follow Indonesian and Bali traffic laws

For your safety, our staff may decline or cancel a rental on the spot if they believe you’re not confident handling the vehicle.

Delivery & Collection

If you're not there for collection

Delivery times are approximate and can shift with traffic, weather or logistics — occasionally more than three hours. If you need to leave the bike behind, follow these steps.

Make sure the bike is securely stored and out of the way

Photograph the front, both sides, rear and fuel gauge

Open the seat storage and photograph the helmet and accessories

Leave the keys with the receptionist or duty manager

Message us with the name of the person holding the keys

Fees, fuel & the fine print

The short version of everything else — full terms are provided in your rental agreement.

Fuel policy

Every trike is delivered with a full tank of Pertamax and must be returned full. Returned without a full tank? That’s a $10 handling fee plus fuel at the prevailing Pertamina rate.

You’re responsible for any fines relating to speeding, riding without a helmet, running red lights or other traffic and speed-camera violations. If an official fine is received, we’ll forward it and add the amount to your bill.
Your trike carries its original STNK registration and tax documents — keep these with you while riding. A lost STNK carries a $10 replacement fee.
If an accident is deemed your fault and leaves the bike unroadworthy, the rental may end immediately with no rental refund, and repair costs will be assessed and communicated to you.
  • Tyre damage, police fines and traffic violations
  • Towing, storage, impound or release fees
  • Any costs from confiscation, impoundment or detainment due to your actions
Cancelling before or during your rental period doesn’t come with a refund — but you may be able to transfer your reservation to someone else or freeze it for later. Message our team and we’ll talk through what works for you.
A phone holder is provided for convenience, used entirely at your own risk. Please make sure your phone is securely mounted — we’re not responsible for any damage while it’s in the holder.
  • Trikes must stay on the island of Bali and off sand or off-road terrain
  • You're responsible for your own conduct and compliance with Indonesian law
  • We recommend appropriate travel and medical insurance for your trip
  • We're not liable for events beyond our reasonable control — power failures, extreme weather, epidemics and the like
  • In the event of a dispute, the English-language terms prevail
